Amazon.cn was looking to revamp its user experience, navigation & interactivity. With the goal of improving the perceived brand value in China and to further map and understand the user's experience. Since the gateway is the core interface to customers and is the start of the amazon.cn shopping experience I was to initially concentrate on this page with a focus on weaknesses for improvement and improvements. A design best practices guide was created to help move them forward and guide them through this process.
